About WithByFor and Chris
Chris (he/him) is a consultant, facilitator, project manager, producer and artist. He has worked with arts and culture, corporate and local authorities in a variety of different roles. All roles are defined by the same driver; where social impact and stakeholder voice and action drive the outcome.
He believes that all projects should be delivered WithByFor those they are intended to serve. This is his WithByFor approach.
This could be:
Place based creative Industries strategy development and implementation
Artistic direction, project management, producing and fundraising
Co-creation methodology development and associated delivery plans
Employee engagement and creative evaluation reporting
Culture and change management, co-creation and facilitation training.
The WithByFor approach enables more meaningful and relevant outcomes than just ‘doing a project’ and expecting people to engage positively. Not embracing the WithByFor approach often leaves people feeling ‘done to’ rather than the outcome being achieved WithByFor them.
WithByFor is suitable for those looking to make their work more accessible, inclusive, equitable, grow their stakeholder engagement and social impact. At the same time it actively engages employees, communities and customers in an action driven approach to socially responsible development and change.
His lived experience is that he is a neurodivergent, gay man, born and raised in inner city Coventry, and is a long term foster carer to an amazing 15 year old passionate teenager!
