    • Confidence to articulate a managerial co-creation process and influence others to understand the benefits

    • A model for artistically developing, enabling agency and autonomy from stakeholder groups who are artistically creating the work

    • Understanding and applying Aims, Objectives, Ouputs and Outcomes to articulate the drivers and the weighting of process vs product

    • How to plan a session using SMART objectives to evaluate the impact of your work

    • How to structure a rehearsal process to ensure positive impact and artistic development with participants
